Alicia Swedberg, M.Ed.

As a teacher and district instructional coach, Alicia Swedberg has 12 years of experience working with students, teachers and administrators in public schools. After teaching at the elementary and intermediate levels for several years, Alicia became a District Instructional Literacy Coach specializing in training all aspects of literacy learning including: Reading Workshop, Writing Workshop, reading in the content areas, and differentiating instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.  Most recently she was a District Instructional Technology Coach dedicated to supporting teachers and administrators in the integration of instructional technology in the classroom.  In addition to presenting at the local and state level on technology integration, she excelled in creating online professional development courses for her district. Having earned a Masters Degree in Instructional Leadership with a Specialization in Reading along with her online virtual instructor certification, Alicia is undoubtedly a valuable addition to the Stetson & Associates team.
