Patricia has been with Stetson & Associates, Inc. since 2002, and was named Vice President of Operations in 2011. She provides overall direction and guidance to operational activities within the organization, as well as day-to-day leadership and management across all departments. She is responsible for capital improvement planning, strategic planning, instructional technology, information systems management, and developing strategies and policies aligned with organization goals.
Patricia’s greatest strengths are identifying and leading development of new products and services and integrating customer feedback to maintain quality services that are responsive to the needs of our clients. Patricia played a key role in developing and launching Stetson Online, which delivers flexible professional development options for central office staff, principals, and teachers. Her top priorities include translating our associates’ expertise into publications that will enrich our staff development services, increasing national awareness of Inclusive Schools Week, and establishing the Robert R. Jewett Memorial Scholarship Fund for teachers pursuing graduate level degrees in the field of Special Education.
