Ginny has been an educator for over 32 years and has had extensive experience in administration, including 25 years as an administrator of special programs in a large mid-urban school district. As Director of Special Education and Health Services, she provided leadership and vision in the development and implementation of many innovative programs and services. Because of Ms. Copeland's progressive ideas and practices, her district and staff received state and national recognition for their cutting-edge efforts on behalf of children. She has held many statewide leadership positions, including President of a large professional organization for district administrators.
