A team is a group of interdependent people who have a common, meaningful purpose, specific performance goals, the skills to accomplish them and a sense of collective commitment to a high level of achievement.
A leaders greatest resource for improving organizational results is a highly effective team. Yet often it is this very resource that is a roadblock to success. This session will provide rich information practical tools and resources to guide the leader in strengthening the structures that are necessary for winning results. Tools to identify the stages of team development, the skills needed by the team, strategies to overcome dysfunction, and conducting courageous conversations will also be showcased.
