A Little About My Professional Career…

“If I could..I would give you wings..”

These were the inspiring words from a lullaby that motivated Kathy Morris to work with students with severe disabilities for the last 43 years, as a speech therapist, as a self-contained teacher of students with autism, cerebral palsy, emotional disorders, and hearing impaired. She eventually became a resource teacher as well as first grade teacher. She then was a diagnostician/supervisor before going to a Texas education service center consulting for autism/behavior/assistive technology and LIFE Skills. After consulting in her own business nationally and internationally for 17 years, she joined Stetson and Associates to focus on specialized support services for autism and behavior, as well as including this population in general education classrooms.

When I’m Not Working…

I try to get caught up with my home, family and friends. I enjoy spending time with all of them!

My Guilty Pleasure is…

Spending a whole day in a comfortable chair in front of a fireplace or on a beach reading a mystery on my Kindle.

If I Could be Anywhere in the World Right Now, it Would Be…

It would be with my family, including my grandchildren, in a fun destination where we can relax and laugh together for an extended time.
