Judith has over 30 years of experience in education. Most recently Judith has served as the Executive Director for Special Education in North East ISD in San Antonio, Texas. She has published articles about Special Education and has co-authored relevant books including, Practical Ideas that Really Work for Students with Reading Disabilities. Judith graduated with a BA in History, a Masters Degree in Special Education and then a Ph.D. in Special Education from the University of Texas in Austin.
