I spend time with my family and friends. Family gatherings are the best especially when we gather at our lake house or at the beach. My family is diverse and that provides lots of opportunities for lively and passionate discussions! We are all avid sports fans, and we are divided between the Texas Longhorns, the Texas Aggies and the Arkansas Razorbacks so any game day brings lots of texts and opinions. My nieces and I regularly visit New York, catch as many Broadway Shows as possible, shop till we drop. When at home at the lake, I hike, kayak, and binge watch TV series such as House of Cards or Homeland.I have a host of books on my Kindle and am always reading at last three. I have a bag of yarn with a plan to finish that sea green, blue and white afghan. I am also mentoring a couple of young adults regarding their future and I am actively involved in a study group on A Course In Miracles. My husband and I have two amazing sons, a fabulous daughter-in-law, and I am the proud aunt of 9 nieces and nephews, 10 great nieces and nephews, and 5 great great nieces. It’s nice to be great!
Finding “bargains” for my new beach condo! I how have it completely furnished and decorated. I love to share it with family and friends and look forward to each stay there.
At this stage In my life I do not long to be an a far off place and rather enjoy where I am in the present moment. Right now I am sitting in my home office looking at the lake with the rain coming down. Fortunately, as an associate with Stetson & Associates I have had the most wonderful opportunities to travel the US and other countries in the world. But there is no place like home!
